If your children have been recently enrolled in our program, you may have received an email from us with your account login username and password. If you have an existing parent account with our program, contact our staff for login information before attempting to add a new account. New accounts will not allow you to access existing child records. Please note that you may add new children to an existing account.

To create a new parent account for our upcoming registration, please provide the following information:

Parent/Guardian #1 (Primary Contact)

In cases of divorce or separation, please enter the parent with primary residential custody (the parent with whom the child resides the majority of the time) as Parent/Guardian #1. If the residential custody arrangement is 50/50, either parent may be entered.

Parent/Guardian #2

In cases where there is only one custodial parent, please check the "Does Not Apply" box. Otherwise, enter the information requested below.
